Section 01

Definitions

The following terms, when used throughout this document, carry the specific meanings set out below:

Eligibility

Use of the osg88 platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and remain continuously true for as long as your Account is active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. osg88 enforces a minimum age policy of 21+ in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of osg88 or any of its affiliated studios, payment processors, or technology providers.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts may only be used by the registered account holder personally.
• You have not previously had an osg88 Account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Section 03

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on osg88, you must register a player Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. The registration process requires you to supply, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, your full legal name, your date of birth, and a valid Indonesian mobile number.

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and up to date. osg88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any detail you have provided. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

• One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out under your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 180 days may be classified as dormant. osg88 may apply an administrative maintenance fee of up to Rp 50.000 per month to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after prior notification to the registered email address.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding balance will be processed in accordance with the Withdrawal terms set out in Section 6, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

Section 04

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

osg88 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-financing-of-terrorism (CFT) standards. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed, and the Company reserves the right to request verification documents at any stage of a Player's account lifetime.

Acceptable identification documents for KYC verification include:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of address: A recent bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days and clearly showing your full name and current address.
• Payment method verification: Where required, confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in the same name as the osg88 Account.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of a request being issued may result in temporary Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Section 05

Deposits

osg88 supports real-money deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following locally integrated payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at the Company's discretion and will be reflected in the Platform's cashier section.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.
• Processing time: Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet channels are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes. During peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take up to 60 minutes.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted in IDR. osg88 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees which are beyond our control.
• Deposit source: You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is debited from your bank account but does not appear in your osg88 Balance within 60 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Section 06

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed with customer support following a successful identity verification review.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within 1–3 business hours during operational hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC cannot process withdrawals until all required documents have been reviewed and approved.
• Wagering requirement: Any portion of your Balance that consists of Bonus Funds subject to an active wagering requirement is not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Withdrawal limits: Standard daily withdrawal limits apply as published in the Platform cashier. VIP members may be eligible for enhanced limits at the Company's discretion.
• Right to audit: osg88 reserves the right to conduct a compliance audit before processing any withdrawal request. During an audit, the withdrawal may be held for up to 5 business days. You will be notified by email if your withdrawal is placed under review.

Section 07

Bonuses & Promotions

osg88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are governed by these Terms & Conditions and any specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who have completed the full Account registration process and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit. Bonus eligibility may be restricted by Player history, Account standing, or geographic location.
• Wagering requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses and free-play credits carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack, may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of being credited, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated time window, will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: osg88 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value, multi-accounting, collusion, and the use of automated betting tools. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Right to modify or withdraw: osg88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Section 08

Gaming Rules

All games available on the osg88 Platform — including slot games, live casino tables, sportsbook markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, Mahjong, and poker tournaments — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or available upon request from customer support.

The following general gaming rules apply across all product verticals on the Platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealing conducted in real time. osg88 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, osg88 will use its best reasonable efforts to resolve the round fairly. Where resolution is not possible, all stakes placed on the affected round will be returned to the Player's Balance.
• Sportsbook bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the applicable market rules.
• Obvious pricing errors — including but not limited to odds that are clearly inconsistent with the market at the time of placement — will be voided regardless of settlement outcome. osg88 reserves the right to correct such errors at any time.
• Players are prohibited from using any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers. Detection of such tools will result in immediate Account suspension.

Section 09

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the osg88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including poker tournaments, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to obscure your true geographic location.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud via your bank or payment provider.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing osg88 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit any software bug, glitch, or pricing error for financial gain without promptly reporting it to osg88 customer support.

Section 10

Responsible Gaming

osg88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a suite of tools accessible within every registered Account to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session time limits: Configure automatic session timers that log you out after a defined period of play.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Enable on-screen notifications that remind you of the time and amount spent during an active session.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the osg88 Platform — including but not limited to the osg88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and compiled data — is the exclusive intellectual property of osg88 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership right or licence to reproduce, distribute, adapt, or commercially exploit any osg88 intellectual property without the prior written consent of the Company.

You may use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. Scraping, crawling, data-mining, or systematic extraction of any content from osg88.bet is strictly prohibited.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, osg88 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from technical faults, disconnections, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in game odds, scores, or statistical data provided by third-party data feeds.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in this section limits osg88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Section 13

Privacy & Data Protection

osg88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

osg88 will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification partners, and game studios — solely to the extent necessary to deliver the osg88 service to you.

Section 14

Amendments to These Terms

osg88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent version came into effect. Archived versions of previous Terms & Conditions are available upon request from customer support.

Section 15

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which osg88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with osg88 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration administered in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

osg88 is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly and efficiently. As a first step, all complaints should be submitted in writing to our customer support team at the contact details provided in Section 16 below. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.
